Hook and Reel, a Cajun seafood table service restaurant chain, is deploying the Revel POS for 50 locations. The restaurant chain chose to move forward with Revel Enterprise®, a cloud-based point of sale and business management platform designed for large, growing businesses, according to a press release. The POS technology will be deployed in the chain's 50 restaurants by the end of 2020 by HonorBuilt, a restaurant POS deployment service.
Included in the Revel POS Package
Revel Enterprise includes:
the setup of groups of locations
central control of menus
generation of brand-level reports in real-time
analysis and management of ingredient inventory
mobile order taking
other critical operational tasks
"Revel's ability to deliver flexible, scalable, and innovative solutions for table service restaurants, including integrated mobile order takers, was the key differentiator," Eason Li, director of operations at Hook and Reel, said in the release. "Mobile order takers enable us to deliver a superior customer experience during the ordering process and help reduce order wait times. Since the Revel platform is cloud-based, we can also easily make updates across locations with the push of a button." Hook and Reel will leverage Revel's open API to integrate solutions for a loyalty program, online ordering, and inventory management. “We are delighted to be the platform of choice for Hook & Reel. Even in tough times, smart brands are buying and rolling out better technology because they understand it will be key to survival,” said Greg Dukat, CEO, Revel Systems. "Revel’s digital-first iPad POS platform has strong momentum with large chains, building on recent wins at The Halal Guys, FATBrands, Buff City Soap, and Moe’s Southwest Grill.” Revel Enterprise is curated for the needs of larger chains with more complex business and organizational needs. The system provides rapid integration and deployment across stations and locations. Learn more at revelsystems.com or call (415) 744-1433.
